In the construction of the Federation Tower, concrete of B90 grade was used, which is twice as strong as regular concrete

The Federation Tower stands on the foundation which is based on a massive slab. 14 000 m3 of concrete were used to cast it; this achievement has been listed in the Guinness Book of Records.

The stability of both buildings is ensured by a heavy concrete core with footing walls 1,4 m thick and by 25 perimeter columns piercing both towers from the foundation through the top floor. The dimensions of each column base are 2 m to 1,4 m. In the Federation Tower complex every 25-30 floors there are outrigger floors made of high-strength steel structure. Outrigger floors provide additional stability to the buildings.
